David Prigge, Career & Technology Education Consultant, has the huge responsibility to support: automotive/motorsports, diesel technology, construction, entertainment-media, welding, and agriculture at Richland County School District One in Columbia, South Carolina. One of his first passions is automotive and racing. David is the son of a stock car racing family. His father was a crew chief for the neighborhood races in rural area of Wisconsin. Not only did he drive a super-modified open wheel race car he was a pit crew member since the age of thirteen. Through his experience in the army he realized that continuous learning is important and became a trainer which later helped him segue into the classroom and upward toward leading his district into CTE and STEM education. His life’s purpose is to give students opportunities to do better in life so they can have successful careers. We celebrate his over four years of working with Ten80 education as a Sanctioned Official and thank him for his time and contributions.
We are always looking for great educators who are interested in becoming Ten80 Sanctioned officials to help run the track or to coordinate an event. There are many leadership opportunities within Ten80 education such as becoming a Sanctioned Official. Sanctioned officials can help run the track or to coordinate an event.
