The Innovators-in-Training Challenge invites middle and high school students to evaluate different communities, identify a problem or opportunity and develop an innovative project plan to solve the problem or take advantage of the opportunity.
The second phase of the Innovators-in-Training Challenge requires teams to prepare and propose their business plan to support their Innovation. For help in preparing the submissions: Please go into the Enterprise & Innovation course modules on business modeling and project planning. We provide templates to use to complete your business plan.
To submit: This is a remote competition, so submit your 8-minute multi-media presentation (video), business model and project plan for review at the National STEM League competition site (www.ten80education.com). Judges will likely contact you for a web-based interview assuming you make the final cut. The winner will be announced at the National STEM League Finals which is hosted by RPI near Ten80’s home town of Saratoga Springs, NY on April 29th.
